Barring anything idiotic happening, we should make it to Waterdeep within the next few days. Today, Ezmerelda said that she appreciates me driving – I think she may be done pouting about it, even though she was definitely still sheepish. It was cute in any case. Speaking of cute, and of Ezmerelda: I was feeling a little self-conscious about not accepting any of La Fata's offers, especially because everyone else seems to have something going on – but Ezmerelda reassured me that I have nothing to worry about. In fact, she called me "perfect," which seemed to embarrass her almost as much as it embarrassed me. I love her.
