See [[Wild Beyond the Witchlight]] for more information on the campaign. ## 1492 #### 19 Nightal 1492 [[Krue d'Avenir|Krue]], [[Ezmerelda d'Avenir|Ezmerelda]], [[Rudolph d'Avenir|Rudolph]], [[Nia Skultrac|Nia]], and [[Selise Astorio|Selise]] all arrive at [[Skoll de Marais|Skoll]] and [[Ireena Kolyana|Ireena's]] home in [[Valentia]], aiming to celebrate the solstice. [[Rudolph van Richten|Rictavio]] and [[Yesper Taltos|Yesper]] are both running late and have yet to arrive. Those present – including [[Pidlwick II|Pidlwick]] and [[Jord]] – are given small animals carved out of wood, courtesy of Krue. Skoll gets a unique present in the form of chocolates from Ezmerelda. Over dinner, Krue and Ezmerelda tell the rest of the group about their adventures in the [[Domains of Dread]]. The two try their best to convince the others that freeing [[Ivana Boritsi]] was the right move in [[Borca]], however not everyone is easily swayed; this is particularly true for Ireena. After dinner, Skoll, Nia, and Krue stay behind while the rest help Skoll's centaur neighbors with firewood. While investigating a light coming from Skoll's garden shed, the three are transported to [[Madryck Rosolf|Madryck Rosolf's]] house in [[Murghôm]], a town located two tendays away from Skoll's home in Valentia. Skoll, Nia, and Krue learn that Rosolf was attempting to contact an old friend who used to live in the area. Still, he asks the three for help with tracking down his missing patron, a fey named [[Zybilna]]. Although Krue and especially Nia are initially both reluctant, they all agree to help once they are told that finding Zybilna should take less time than the trip back would, as – once Zybilna is found – she could instantly send them back to Valentia. While Rosolf is describing Zybilna's appearance, Skoll, Nia, and Krue find the description familiar; they all remember someone matching Zybilna's description once saving their lives in their youths. Krue is suspicious of this memory, choosing not to mention it in front of Rosolf. Krue has Rosolf send a letter to their friends in Valentia, informing them of their location and reassuring them that they will be back soon. Krue, Skoll, and Nia then head for the [[Witchlight Carnival (location)|Witchlight Carnival]] on the outskirts of town, where Rosolf instructed the party to seek out the proprietors [[Mr. Witch]] and [[Mr. Light]] for information on Zybilna's whereabouts.   The party gains entry to the Witchlight Carnival. Despite the circumstances, the three manage to have a mostly good time, even though Nia in particular makes great efforts to seem like this is not the case. However – even with Nia's affectation – Krue notices that Nia seems generally happier, talkative, and less on-edge with Selise back in her life. Because of the efforts he took in order to raise the spirits of the carnival attendees, Skoll ends up winning the title of Witchlight Monarch. As he is paraded around the carnival, Skoll quickly grows uncomfortable with the attention afforded to him. Still, having satisfied the carnival's proprietors, the party is pointed in Zybilna's direction: the [[Feywild]]. With the assurance that finding Zybilna will be a non-issue, Skoll, Nia, and Krue enter a portal created by Mr. Witch and Mr. Light. The party is then transported to domain of [[Prismeer]]. ## Feywild Due to the unstable nature of time in the Feywild, the party's time there was measured in ostensible "days," with each long rest marking a new day. #### Day 1 #### Day 2 #### Day 3 #### Day 4 #### Day 5 #### Day 6 #### Day 7 ## 1493 #### 5 Hammer 1493 Back in Valentia, the party discovers that they weren't in Prismeer for too long; they made it back in time for Krue's birthday. Rudolph recognizes Krue despite her human form, running to tackle her. Pidlwick and Jord are similarly happy to see Krue and Nia, though they are particularly excited to be reunited with Skoll. Shortly after they party's arrival in Valentia, Ireena and Selise are transported from the feywild domain that they were in the process of searching. Ezmerelda and Rictavio follow soon after, having been in a middle of the meeting with the Baba Yaga, similarly trying to locate Krue, Nia, and Skoll. Rictavio is upset at being interrupted, and he only grows more stressed upon learning that Krue, Nia, and Skoll killed two of the Baba Yaga's daughters. Although her friends take a moment to recognize her, Krue takes comfort in the fact that no one is bothered by her new appearance. After Rictavio makes a fool of himself in front of Skoll, Yesper arrives.
