This page includes a summary of epilogue for the Re: Strahd campaign, which ended on 27 Kythorn 1494. For an explanation of the calendar used, see Calendar of Harptos. See Re: Strahd for more information on the campaign, and Re: Strahd Timeline for a timeline of events during the campaign proper. ### The Domainers & Raventowns The broader public of Faerûn notices the emergence of the Domains of Dread. Leaders across the continent concoct various strategies to deal with the influx of "Domainers." Shanty towns are constructed. Some people stay in place; some people leave. In Waterdeep, the Blackstaff – Vajra Safahr – is able to convince the Lords of Waterdeep to begin construction on a new ward in the city. The Lowland Ward, overtaking what was once Undercliff Village, while become a "Raventown" – a hub Domainer culture. ### The Church of Ezra, Yves, Ives, & Petre The guilds of Waterdeep reconstruct the Plinth to serve as a temple for the various faiths of the Domainers. Yves, both a priest of Ezra and an agent of the Dark Powers, is appointed as the Plinth's cardinal. Petre joins as the groundskeeper, in part to stay close to Yves. Yves also sets up shop as a designer close to Waterdeep, where Ives joins on as their apprentice. ### The fate of the Keepers The Keepers of the Feather, led by Yesper, continue to operate out of Scaena. Brom and Bray are sent as emissaries to Waterdeep, where they establish – in part thanks to the financial backing of Juste – a Waterdhavian branch of the Keepers. In the following decades, the Keepers become a de factor branch of Force Grey. In the meantime, they are helpful nonetheless. They rebuild as their ranks grow. Yesper reunites with a younger Sorina, who was outside of Vallaki when the town was transported to the Feywild for 20 years. ### The fate of the Vistani Luvash settles down as the new leader of the town of Scaena. Other Vistani from different domains begin to travel to new territory and sometimes to other worlds. Newart, the outcast nothic from the Amber Temple, joins up with the Vistani and becomes a traveling information broker. ### Krue & S are kicked out of Force Grey Vajra relieves Krue and Ezmerelda of their service to Force Grey, though the split is on "amicable terms." ### The Silvery Wight With Strashka assuming the role, Godfrey is denied his death. Rumors spread of a "Silvery Wight," a wandering, lordless knight who kills vampires and outs the ones he can't. Godfrey ends up exposing Nia's father, Kieran Skultrac, who is forced to flee the town of Earth's End and leave his wealth behind. The wealth goes to a local wizard – "Old Zash" – in a lottery. ### Minsc continues on Minsc, undeterred as always by his setbacks, goes back to doing exactly what he did before. ### Nox Dilisnya, tragic artist Ms. Iokaste Daliano, the owner of the Pink Flumph – the primary performing arts center of Waterdeep – strikes up a deal with Nox Dilisnya, a passionate, self-proclaimed tragic artist. Nox becomes co-owner of the Pink Flumph and continues to write plays, though she can't help but continue to care about what the audience thinks. ### Notte's keep Notte, Ireena, Lyssa, and Stella settle into Talmost Keep, the building granted to Notte by Oddlewin's Deck of Many Things at the Seelie Market. The keep is full of monsters, but they are easily cleared out. ### Mouse & Moon Ireena starts her business, which she names the Mouse and Moon Adventuring Company. Aiming to explore their new home world, she drags her paramours on quests to help others. ### Old friends & new feelings The spirit of Sergei von Zarovich reveals itself to be in Notte now when Notte's arm animates to pull her out of the way of danger; a familiar feeling from the sunsword. Lacrymosa, who alternates between guarding the keep and traveling with the others, starts to gain more of a sense of who she is and what she feels for Notte. She keeps her feelings to herself for the time being. ### Notte goes home Notte, more powerful and capable than she ever was at home, eventually seeks out her family for the sake of her siblings: nine-year-old Pomeriggio, six-year-old Sera, and two-year-old Crepuscolo. Notte gifts Pomeriggio a phone; the line of communication is enough to keep their parents in check. ### Francis, Maria, Quincey, & their wards Francis, Maria, Quincey, Victor, and Vasilka set off on their adventures, though Victor often stays back to care for Vasilka. They travel the world, explore its wonders, and find souls to feed Maria. They sometimes travel with the adventurers of the Mouse and Moon, mostly so Francis and Ireena have an excuse to spend time with each other. ### Ludmilla's ascent Ludmilla asks the Dark Powers for a favor, which Ismark and Strashka are happy to grant. Together, they reverse the curse that Ludmilla obtained in the Amber Temple; they also make her into a true vampire with real power, including the ability to walk in the sun. ### Gallagher goes home Gallagher reunites with her parents and her brother, Grayson. She also meets Grayson's husband, Caesar Holloway, as well as their young son, Gallagher Holloway. Gallagher moves her parents and Grayson's family to Waterdeep. ### Love & Partners Gallagher uses some of her vast fortune to purchase a ship, appointing Ludmilla as captain. Ludmilla fills out the paperwork and names the ship *Bunko's Revenge* after Gallagher's late, barely-liked mentor. Ludmilla also insists on naming their shipping company "Love & Partners." They are accompanied by Helga, who they don't quite manage to shake. ### Creepy stalker Pietra (& Rahadin) Ez, Ludmilla, and Gallagher do their best to avoid Pietra van Riese, who no longer travels on *the Relentless* but rather the *Little Minnow*. Haunting the Sword Coast and trailing Gallagher's ship obsessively, Pietra is joined by Rahadin, who is happy to terrorize the seas. ### Volenta's descent Volenta summons Telphusa back to the world of mortals and eventually takes her place in the Hells, where she attains enough fiendish power to bring as much death as she could ever want. ### Telphusa & Hawthorne Telphusa finds her way to Amphail, where she insists that she has an obligation to watch over Hawthorne until the day that her soul can be condemned to the place it deserves to be. Skoll grants her a guest room. Thanks to Hawthorne's efforts, Telphusa and Hawthorne eventually develop an erotic relationship. Hawthorne tries and fails to convince Telphusa to try testosterone. ### Yvesmark wedding: the Seelie Market After extensive planning, Yves and Ismark host their wedding on 20 Nightal 1494 in the Ardeep Forest, where the Seelie Market also happens to appear that night. ### Yvesmark wedding: likely & unlikely pairings Escher arrives hand-in-hand with the Barovian Ismark. Anastrasya arrives on the arm of Blinsky, who is enraptured with her; she is meanwhile enraptured with his newfound "exotic toy" fortune. Magaggog and Gras'l'skan'ar arrive in matching suits with company branding. Less welcome is Bonespur, who shows up uninvited and spends much of the night making unwanted passes at Notte. Bella and Arabelle share a drunken makeout session. ### Yvesmark wedding: reunions & fortunes Notte catches up with Pazrodine, who is happy to see her and how she has transformed. Oddlewin also visits and offers to let each of the draw from the Deck of Many More Things. Ismark is the only one to accepts; he draws the Giant and promptly grows 14 inches taller. The sky is free of clouds that night; perfect for the holiday, which is known for the tradition of reading the stars to determine what the future holds. Krue's Ezmerelda reads them, finding happiness in store for them all for a long while. ### A distant possibility Less fortunately (not that any of them could know exactly what might come), in nearly 100 years – specifically, in 1590, the Year of the Coming Twilight – Firan Zal'Honan might reach the highest point of the Spine of the World, where he would hoist the staff of Azalin Rex to the sky and performs a perverse, high magic ritual that blocks out the sun. In 1591, the Year of Skeletons, Osybus and his agent Exethanter may seize control of the armies of Falkovnia's dead, who would march across Faerûn and ravage countless villages. In 1592, the Year of Dying Hate, Achlys – a knight without a master – could be possessed by and become an avatar for Tharizdun. Against her will, she would rain destruction down on Toril. In 1593, the Year of Rising Stars, Firan could murder Oghma, god of invention. He would steal Oghma's essence to become Azalin Deus, god of science. In the meantime, however, life goes on.
